In 2005 Trophies2go created the ChipChampion™ with a line of innovative awards for poker and casino games. These exciting new products are available exclusively on Trophies2go.com and PokerTrophies.com. Company History :

Trophies2go.com started in 1987 as Issaquah Trophy and Awards when Bonnie and Mickey Kosko noticed a need for a high-quality engraving and awards provider in their community of Issaquah, Washington. Bonnie and Mickey’s son, Jeff Anderson, has been the owner and president since 1993 and has grown the company to be one of the largest awards providers in the Seattle area by focusing on providing the highest quality products at competitive prices with exceptional customer service.

In 2000 Jeff decided to take advantage of innovations in technology to expand his services around the US. Trophies2go.com was born as an Internet retailer that would allow customers to place their orders, including engraving information over the Internet and have their orders shipped to them.

Trophies2go.com has continued to use the latest technology to revolutionize the trophy ordering process for our customers. We keep a fast production time and guarantee accuracy and delivery dates so that the trophy buying experience can be worry free.

We have several sister websites that specialize in trophies for certain sports as well as other websites for corporate awards.

Yet, for all that we’ve grown, we still have a storefront location in Issaquah, Washington and continue to be active in our local community. In 2011, we split our company into two locations. Our Issaquah location is engineered for a pleasant customer service experience and our Renton facility is created to be a state-of-the-art, efficient production facility.

Guaranteed Delivery Dates :

If your order doesn’t arrive by the date that you select during checkout, we will apply a credit to your account for the entire cost of your order. This credit can be used for subsequent orders but not as a refund for the current order.

We are confident in our ability to uphold our delivery date guarantee. However, there are some exceptions.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates on the following orders:

• Orders delivered to APO/FPO, International or USPS addresses.
• Orders paid for by credit card call-in, check or money order.
• Phone, mail, or fax orders.
• Orders requesting a fax proof.
• Special order or close-out items.
• Orders that require additional information or changes after the order has been placed.

Important items to note:

• If there are product(s) in your order that are not available, we will contact you to discuss possible product changes or shipping options.
• Delivery dates are guaranteed only for typical business days. This means Monday through Friday EXCEPT the following holidays: (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.)
• We consider our guarantee met when we ship by a method that is guaranteed by UPS or FedEx to arrive by your delivery date. If the carrier is unable to complete the delivery due to business closure or other unforeseen events such as incorrect address given during checkout, the guarantee is void.
• Delivery guarantee does not apply when shipments are delayed due to inclement weather, acts of God, or other natural or world events.
