Production Time :
Our production time varies with the season and specific product, and is usually between 2-7 business days.
The current production time for most products is provided under our logo on our web site.
Some items have a slightly longer production time, which is indicated in the individual product description.
Production time is added to shipping time for the Guaranteed Arrival dates.
Note: Our Emerald shipping level adds 5 days to the normal production time.
Shipping Service Levels :
Our shipping options are based upon service levels which include production time, shipping method
and shipping destination. Each service level gives a different price and guaranteed arrival date.
Pick the service level that gives your needed guaranteed arrival date.
Shipping Calculator :
Our shipping calculator gives estimated prices and arrival dates for various shipping service levels
Because shipping prices are based upon weight, you must have items in your cart for the computer
to weigh in order to use the shipping calculator.
To use the shipping calculator follow these steps:
- Go the product page(s) for the item(s) you would like to purchase. Enter the quantity and hit the "BUY" button.
- Enter your engraving information, or leave this section blank for now (you can enter engraving information
again later from your shopping cart) and click the "ADD TO CART" button.
- From the shopping cart, click on the link "Shipping Options and Cost Calculator".
Enter your city, state, and zip code. This will show you the service level costs with guaranteed arrival dates.
You will also see the same Service Level options with prices and guaranteed delivery dates when you reach the
Shipping section of our Check-Out process.
Guaranteed Delivery Dates :
If your order doesn't arrive by the date that you select during checkout, we will apply a credit to your account
for the entire cost of your order. This credit can be used for subsequent orders but not as a refund for the current order.
We are confident in our ability to uphold our delivery date guarantee. However, there are some exceptions.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates on the following orders:
- Orders delivered to APO/FPO, International or USPS addresses.
- Orders paid for by credit card call-in, check or money order.
- Phone, mail, or fax orders.
- Orders requesting a fax proof.
- Special order items.
- Close-out or out of stock items.
- Orders that require additional information or changes after the order has been placed.
Important items to note:
- If there are product(s) in your order that are not available, we will contact you to discuss
possible product changes or shipping options.
- Delivery dates are guaranteed only for typical business days. This means Monday through Friday
EXCEPT the following holidays: (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day
and the Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.)
- We consider our guarantee met when we ship by a method that is guaranteed by UPS or FedEx to
arrive by your delivery date. If the carrier is unable to complete the delivery due to business
closure or other unforeseen events such as incorrect address given during checkout, the guarantee is void.
- Delivery guarantee does not apply when shipments are delayed due to inclement weather, acts of
God, or other natural or world events.
