Artwork Specifications

Custom Logos :

• Artwork for engraving custom logos can be sent in a variety of formats. The preferred formats are: .EPS, .TIF, .AI, .BMP, .JPG
• For .JPG files, please send the original file and do not save as an .EPS.
• All artwork must be 300 DPI or greater.
• Artwork must be in either black and white format with no grayscale or full color.
• Either submit your artwork as an attachment during the order process or email as an attachment to us. Artwork embedded in emails, word documents, or PDF documents cannot be used..

Artwork Alteration/Clean-up :

If the supplied artwork is not acceptable, we will contact you to request different art.  In some instances we may be able to alter your artwork in-house to make it acceptable.  However, if we are unable to alter it, we will send it to a third party vendor for clean up.  The cost for this service is usually $20.00, but may be more for complex images. 

Artwork alterations may cause a slight delay in production time of your order.

Sports Logos :

Sports items may be engraved with a logo for that particular sport (i.e.: a baseball on baseball awards, a basketball on basketball awards) at no additional cost. This is most common on coaches' gifts, such as mugs, clipboards, whistles, etc. If you would like a sports logo to be engraved on an award, please indicate that in the engraving section of your order. A logo will count as one line of engraved text.
