The best way to add perpetual engravings to your fantasy trophy is to remove one of the side plates and mail it, along with the information that you would like engraved, to the following address:

Please include a check, your email address and a return mailing address so that we can notify you when we receive your plate and ensure proper delivery.
The fee to engrave 1 to 4 years on one plate is $20.00, including return mailing.
For each year after 4 or for each year of engraving on additional plates, the cost is $5 per year.
If you prefer to pay by credit card, please mail in the plate along with your phone number and request that we call you for a credit card number.
