The best way to add perpetual engravings is to unscrew one of the trophy's side plates and mail it, along with the information that you would like engraved, to the following address:

Please make sure to note your return address so we can ensure proper delivery.
The fee to engrave either one or two years of engraving is $12.50 ($10 for engraving, $2.50 for S/H).
For more than 2 years of engraving, the cost is $5 per year plus $2.50 for S/H.
It is easiest if you enclose a check for $12.50 with the plate.
If you prefer to pay by credit card, we can make arrangements for that.
