Orders and Returns

If you receive an order that is damaged, incorrectly engraved or need to report a defective item, please contact our customer service department immediately at [email protected] or 1877-926-4700. We will do everything possible to correct the situation and ensure your satisfaction.

Direct engraved crystal, acrylic, and custom items cannot be re-engraved, therefore are not able to be returned. In some cases, items with an engraved plate can be returned with prior authorization. Non-engraved product in new and resalable condition may be returned for a full refund, less restocking charge.

Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge and/or engraving fee, if applicable. Return shipping charges are customer responsibility.
