SNHU awards these pretty mountain shaped awards to the graduates of their Peak Leadership program.Each year, our team at Trophies2Go nominates a Product, Vendor and Customer of the Year. However, because 2020 is such an "unique" year, we decided to only choose a Product of the Year this December. Our team really wanted to honor the Hole in One Plaque AGAIN, since it was our top seller this past year. However, that product was our 2018 winner, and I really wanted to choose something different. We have so many beautiful and fun awards, it's great to highlight as many as possible!
So this year's winner is....drum roll please...our Crystal Mountain Paperweight Award! This little award stands small in stature, but large in value. This pretty crystal peak measures 3-1/2" tall and features a jagged top, resembling a mountain range. The perfect award symbolizing reaching the summit, the ultimate in achievement!!!
Our biggest customer who purchases these awards is SNHU, who gives these to their PEAK Leadership graduates. Peak is a six-month, cross-functional, cohort-based leadership development program for directors, assistant/associate directors, assistant/associate deans, managers and team leads. SNHU has been a wonderful ongoing customer, ordering these awards for their graduates each quarter.
Kip's award after climbing Mt. RainierHowever, my favorite person who received this award is my dear friend Kip. A few years ago he received it as a memento for climbing Mt. Rainier. It's the perfect recognition of his outstanding achievement!
